about our psychotherapy practice in colorado

Healing happens at the center—where mind, body, and soul converge.

Life brings challenges that can leave you feeling untethered, reactive, or disconnected from yourself. We believe you don’t need to go through this alone. With presence, curiosity, and connection, healing becomes not only possible but transformational.

We know how hard it can feel to be human.

Our strength is creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, safe, and empowered to heal.

Curiosity over Certainty

We prioritize wonder over assumptions, questions over quick answers, and exploration over diagnosis.

Healing in Connection

We know that transformation happens in relationships—with self, with others, and within community.

Centering the Margins

We amplify the voices and experiences that are often unheard and unseen, and create space for inclusive and liberating healing.

Committed to Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care

  • Co-founder & Clinical Director

I co-founded Centerpoint Healing with a simple belief: when therapists are deeply supported, clients receive the best care possible. After more than five years of running a successful private practice, I realized how isolating this work can be and how much better it becomes in community. Centerpoint grew out of that vision: a place where therapists are guided, challenged, and encouraged to thrive together.

Before opening my practice, I worked in a variety of settings that shaped the clinician I am today. I supported children and teens ages 5–18 through outpatient home-based therapy, worked at a women’s center on Skid Row in Los Angeles, providing care for those living with complex mental health challenges, and served youth in a juvenile detention center. These experiences gave me a deep respect for resilience and for the different ways healing can take shape when people are truly seen and supported.

I bring advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through IPI, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as a background as a credentialed yoga instructor. In building Centerpoint, my priority is to make sure every therapist here is supported to grow and practice at the highest level. That means when you come to us, you can trust that your therapist is not working alone—they’re backed by thoughtful guidance, ongoing learning, and a community committed to your care.

  • Co-Founder and Operations Director

I didn't take a traditional path into mental health care—I came from the business world. But what drew me to co-founding Centerpoint was the same thing that's guided my career: a belief that when you build the right structure around people, they can do their best work. And in this case, that work changes lives.

Before Centerpoint, I spent years helping small businesses, startups, and larger organizations grow and thrive. I'm drawn to the challenge of taking an idea and turning it into something sustainable—something that actually works for the people it serves. When Raphaelle shared her vision for an integrative model that would enable therapists to practice at the highest level and clients to reconnect with themselves, I knew we could bring something truly special into the world.

I'm not a therapist, but I am someone who understands what it's like to sit in that room. I've walked the road of grief and growth, and I know how hard it can be to even name what you're feeling—even with a feelings chart right in front of you. My first therapy session involved a counselor (whose name I can’t recall) and a 30-pound office cat who acted more like a dog. But my first true therapeutic experience came when a clinician helped me understand that my body was keeping the score. That experience taught me the power of being truly seen and supported.

In building Centerpoint, my goal is to ensure that the infrastructure is in place, allowing our therapists to focus entirely on you. I handle the logistics, systems, and behind-the-scenes work that enable our clinicians to show up and be fully present. That means when you come to us, you're not navigating this alone—you are supported by a team that's been thoughtfully designed around your care, from your first phone call to every session that follows.

We’re human, too.

Yes, we work in mental health, but we’re also humans—ones who regularly have to remind ourselves to take a deep breath, sometimes forget where we parked the car, and occasionally eat ice cream for dinner. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find us hiking trails with dogs that think they’re in charge, practicing yoga, or continuing the search for the perfect taco. We believe laughter, play, and curiosity are as vital to healing as courage and compassion.

We’d love to walk with you.
