Group Therapy

Healing happens in connection with self and others. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of groups tailored to different needs, such as women’s groups, DBT skills groups, and social anxiety support groups. Each group creates a supportive space to share experiences, build skills, and feel less alone in the challenges you’re facing. With new groups rolling out seasonally, you’ll have opportunities to join the kind of community that fits your goals and supports your growth.

“From start to finish, the team is structured, informative, and most importantly patient. They will challenge you when you need to be challenged, and hold your hand when you need more support.”

FAQs

What are your areas of focus?

While we specialize in trauma, we also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, PTSD, relationships, and life transitions. All clinicians are trauma-informed, which means we prioritize safety, consent, and working at your pace—whether you’re healing from acute trauma, chronic overwhelm, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, psychotherapy is available both in-person and online.

Do you take insurance?

Our practice plans to begin accepting insurance in 2026. For clients with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a "superbill," which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
