Mental Health Book Club

Read along if you'd like, or simply come for the conversation.

A clinician-facilitated monthly discussion exploring psychology, relationships, trauma, grief, and personal growth through books.

A simple, solid yellow circle on a black background.

Some of the best conversations begin with a good book.

Our monthly virtual Mental Health Book Club is a welcoming, clinician-facilitated space where we explore books that spark meaningful conversations about mental health, relationships, trauma, grief, identity, resilience, and what it means to be human.

Whether you're an avid reader or simply enjoy thoughtful discussion, you're welcome here.

Meeting Details

We're currently gathering interest before finalizing the details.

Here's what we're considering:

  • Meeting frequency: Once a month

  • Format: Virtual, in person, or a hybrid option

  • Day: Thursday evenings

  • Time: 5:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–7:00 PM (Mountain Time)

We'll use the feedback we receive to choose the format and schedule that works best for the majority of participants.
