Individual Psychotherapy
Our Services
Compassionate, evidence-based care to help you process trauma, regulate emotions, and reconnect with yourself. We begin with a consultation to understand your needs. From there, our clinical director matches you with a therapist on our team who can support your healing journey using approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).

FAQs
What are your areas of focus?
While we specialize in trauma, we also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, PTSD, relationships, and life transitions. All clinicians are trauma-informed, which means we prioritize safety, consent, and working at your pace—whether you’re healing from acute trauma, chronic overwhelm, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, psychotherapy is available both in-person and online.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! We accept certain Aetna and UnitedHealthcare plans for individual therapy. Please note that we are unable to submit claims for Couples or Family Therapy directly to insurance.
Accepting your insurance doesn't always mean sessions are fully covered. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, including your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. We'll verify your benefits before your first appointment and walk you through what to expect.
If we're out-of-network with your plan, payment is due in full at the time of service. We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement) -- and you can check your out-of-network benefits here: HIPAA-Compliant Benefits Checker
Do you accept Medicaid (Health First Colorado)?
We're not enrolled in the Health First Colorado (Medicaid) network, so we can't see clients with Medicaid coverage right now. We're working on it, and we hope to welcome Medicaid clients in 2026. We'll update our website with any updates as they’re available.
What about Medicare?
We are unable to accept or bill to Medicare.
Do you offer reduced-fee or sliding-scale rates?
We care about making therapy accessible and understand that financial considerations play a significant role in your healing journey. Our therapists keep a few reduced-fee spaces open in their schedules. Please feel free to ask us about our current openings—we want to help you find a path forward that feels supportive and sustainable.
Because we want to respect your privacy and trust your understanding of your own financial needs, we never require proof of income or any financial documentation to access these spaces. We offer these spots simply as they become available. If these slots are full when you reach out, we can absolutely discuss placing you on a waitlist.
