You may have spent years wondering why your brain always expects the worst. Maybe you overthink every decision, struggle to trust yourself, feel constantly on edge, or find yourself repeating patterns you so badly want to change. You might have an idea of where these patterns came from, or you just know that you're tired of carrying them. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Healing isn't about "getting over it" or fixing what's "wrong" with you. Together, we'll make sense of what happened to you, understand how your mind and body learned to survive, and build new ways of responding that feel safer, steadier, and more aligned with the life you want to live. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical—with room for curiosity, honesty, and a touch of dark humor when it's helpful.

Therapy Approaches I Integrate:

  • Trauma-informed, relational therapy

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work

  • Mindfulness-based therapy

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • Recovery & Harm reduction

  • Person-centered and existential therapy

I believe you're the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who you should be—it's to help you better understand yourself, trust yourself again, and develop practical tools that help you move through life with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Most of my clients are:

  • Adults and teens navigating complex trauma and C-PTSD

  • People feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, overthinking, perfectionism, or self-doubt

  • Individuals healing from grief and loss, including pet loss

  • Adults navigating recovery or substance use through a harm reduction lens

  • People working to heal from emotionally immature, neglectful, or dysfunctional family systems

  • Adults and teens navigating major life transitions or rediscovering who they are after years of surviving

Virtual & In-Person Therapy

I provide virtual therapy throughout Colorado and will soon begin seeing clients in person at Centerpoint's new office. My service dog, Jax, is often by my side during virtual sessions and will be a familiar face when I begin seeing clients in person. I'm currently accepting new clients. I am an associate-level therapist at Centerpoint Healing, working toward licensure under the clinical supervision of Raphaelle Cuenod, LCSW.

Group Therapy

In addition to individual therapy, I'm passionate about offering group therapy, including a pet loss grief support group, and workshops throughout the year on topics like self-trust, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. I'm also working toward incorporating canine-assisted therapy with my therapy-dog-in-training, Mama. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out today to schedule a consultation! I look forward to meeting you.

I accept certain Aetna and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans and welcome private pay clients. I am unable to provide services to clients with Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

Current Fees

Reduced Rates

We care about making therapy accessible and understand that financial considerations play a significant role in your healing journey. Chaucee keeps a few reduced-fee spaces open in her schedule. Please feel free to ask us about our current openings—we want to help you find a path forward that feels supportive and sustainable.

Because we want to respect your privacy and trust your understanding of your own financial needs, we never require proof of income or any financial documentation to access these spaces. We offer these spots simply as they become available. If these slots are full when you reach out, we can absolutely discuss placing you on a waitlist.
